Coordinate with financial analysis
Obtain third-party marketing analysis to support assumptions
Manage third-party cost analysis for land development and construction cost assumptions
· Report on progress of business plan execution and project management

Familiarity and extensive experience with entitlement processes in multiple governmental jurisdictions - City, County, State and Federal agencies
Track record of success in obtaining project entitlement approvals in challenging jurisdictions
Select and lead project consulting team members for design and approval of development entitlements
Manage development and construction through build-out
Serve as broker of record, leading sales teams
